Fairway Oaks B&B: Our WNC Mountains Home outside of Morganton, NC:

Wake up to breathtaking views of rolling greens and serene surroundings, and indulge in our cozy accommodations designed to feel like a home away from home. Whether you're here to tee off on the challenging golf course, relax in our sauna, explore stunning local trails, discover exquisite wineries, hit one of the nearby ski slopes, enjoy the area lakes, or simply unwind with a good book on our charming porch, we have everything you need for the perfect getaway. Conveniently located just minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, South Mountain, Linville Gorge, Lake Lure, Chimney Rock and Lake James, with a short drive to both Asheville and Charlotte.

We operate a purpose-built Bed & Breakfast. We have 5 bedrooms with their own private bathroom available for nightly, weekly or monthly rental.  

Much of the space within the 5,500 square feet home is common areas to enjoy, as well as the outdoor spaces surrounding the beautiful home.

Lake Wateree Lodging: Our Central South Carolina Lake Home on Lake Wateree in Liberty Hill, SC:

Drink your morning coffee on the screened porch and watch the bald eagle hunt for fish in the cove, or start up your boat for a fishing outing, or prep the boat or personal watercraft for a day of fun on the lake. Stick your toes in the sand and your bum in the water as you relax on this quiet cove on Lake Wateree. You can have it all with your family and friends while you stay in our recently constructed home with plenty of concrete parking for your entire crew. 

We built this home for outside entertainment with a fire pit, porches, places for lawn games, and beach and boating. However, the inside also has a game room with a poker table and arcade games. Enjoy the bar as well.
